I ordered this and had it shipped to my sister for less than the price I could purchase it for locally.
Not a huge investment, but I wanted the easiest, simplest, fastest, and most durable USB drive I could find, so I researched on the web and came up with the Kingston product.I'm not at all disappointed. I just did an archive of about a century's worth of family photographs, and bought 10 of these drives for the transfer. I've worked with a lot of different USB drives before, and the data transfer from my desktop to the Kingston was noticeably faster than any other drive I've used. The retractable interface is a huge improvement over the models with caps (which I seem to lose almost immedately).I highly recommend this product.
This is perfect, I am saving old photos and this is what I needed. I like it because you don't have to keep up with the cover it retracts.
I'm worried about dust getting in. I don't like that the connector slides in with no cover. It's not something to record files on and stick in your pocket. I like Kingston flash drives. I have several. But as it's only 2GB, I just use this one for my digital picture frame so it's always plugged in.
I love this thing. Its great for music, pics, ect. If your like me and have a ton of stuff on your computer and need space this is a must have.Kingston is one of the most reliable companys iv come across and have never had any problems with their products. Its light weight and compact(about 2in long, half an inch wide)and it has a button on the side to slide the connector in and out so you have no cap to lose. All in all its a good product.
